  1. How do I obtain a User ID and Password for ADESA.ca?
    You must contact your local ADESA auction. They will set up an ADESA.ca account for you.

  2. I have lost my password. How do I retrieve it?
    Go to www.ADESA.ca and click on the password? link. Enter your User ID and e-mail in the appropriate fields, then click the Request Password button. Please note that if your correct e-mail is not on our system, you will not receive your new password via e-mail. In this case, please contact your local auction or the help desk at 1.888.526.7326.
